Reasons for Account Closure by 33wb

• If you violate the terms and conditions.

• If you have submitted a self-exclusion request.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, please contact support to activate self-exclusion. This feature allows you to suspend your account for a set period or permanently.

• All disputes should first be raised directly with our support team.
• The support team will respond within 48 hours.
• For complaints regarding technical errors, a decision will be made after reviewing the server logs.
• 33wb's decision shall be final in all disputes.
